It looks really polished and professional, but there's a few issues. Firstly, it's quite difficult to guess capital cities. I got 'Lome' and guessed it purely by chance. Maybe some sort of clue may help?

Secondly, it would be good to just be able to use the keyboard. It's annoying to have to use the keyboard and mouse. It could be done with just the keyboard, perhaps having to press the letter once to select and twice to confirm if you want people to be able to change their minds.

Finally, hitting 'try again' should just give me another puzzle, not send me to the main menu. also think that if I get one right it should then just give me another and keep track of how many I can get right in a row.

It's okay. It's hangman, but with a short story. There needs to be some contrast between the letters you click and the background. It was quite difficult to see.

With decent graphics, with things going on in the background, some transitions and animations etc. it could be a decent little game.

I'd have also have liked to see different words when I retried.

If you were to stick with the same words, perhaps you could have different paths to take? You could do this by giving each puzzle two possible solutions of words the same length. The coding would get a little tricky as you'd probably need some quite complex logic, but it would be doable.

EDIT: A blurred drop-shadow would help make the letters easier to see.

Hello, thanks for commenting

Actually, many of these suggestions, where planned to be in the game, but since I am not yet skilled enough, they unfortunately did not make it into the game.
I also think that Unity is a more stable engine, where the transition between frames of a game probaly are not that slow, why am I going to be learning that now, while after I am coming back to this game made in Unity instead, with much better features.
I mostly uploaded the game now because of the "pride" of having submitted a game to the web, which I have been triying for years.

As for the visibility of the letters, would it help, if they had black borders around them?

Had some issues with the controls. They didn't always respond quickly and I wasn't able to move diagonally.

bryanmakesgames responds:

You cannot move diagonally. I thought that fact would be obvious since I did not put diagonal arrows on the touch interface, but noooooooo....

This is quite fun to play, however I'm not a fan of having limited bullets. That sucks the fun out of it a little bit. Maybe have so you can still fire, but more slowly? I know you can charge it by using the TV, but maybe there should be more TV's?

Enemies need health bars, and powerups would add some variation.

penfolds5 responds:

Thanks. Totally agree. It's my second game. I will continue to update. The KFC buckets increase fire rate. It would be good to have some variation in guns too. I had more TVs but removed them cause the game went on forever. I'm making some additional variation on the enemies and will update.

This is pretty good, and I've played it through a couple of times. I would really like to know how many endings there are so that I could try and find them all. That would give it much more replay value.

It looks great. The gameplay is smooth, and the graphics are slick. However, it's really frustrating. I can't see far enough.

iloel responds:

Thank you for the review, i uploaded a new version of the game with a slight easier difficulty curve. I also added a 'tutorial level' . I hope the game is now more enjoyable

The screen is cut off so I can't even attempt to play.

ahmedthebest responds:

I’m very sorry, This is the first time I deal with this site
I normally use itch.io
I've solved the frame problem please try the game again

This is quite confusing. You really need to at least tell us the controls. I was able to shoot without even picking up the gun, but even when I had picked it up, the bullets spawned nowhere near I expected them to.

It seems I was unable to shoot the second circle.

SkeletonGuyYT responds:

I'm working on fixing errors

Well done on creating your first game. That's an achievement in itself. The gameplay was actually quite fun, and the controls seem ok, but the robot moves a little too slowly. This is most notably an issue in the second level with the falling red platforms. In fact I got nowhere near completing that long jump between the red platforms.

The alarm sound, and the flashing red screen were a bit too much. Maybe sound the alarm once when you first escape, and use small, red flashing lights in the levels to indicate that the alarm is still going off.

Neroun responds:

Thanks for your feedback ! But is running under the button SHIFT not fast enough?

The two main issues are that it starts far too fast. It should start slowly and gradually pick up speed. Secondly, you really need a snap-to-grid behaviour. With blocks just falling and rotating randomly, it's almost impossible to stack them.

qt01 responds:

Thanks for your feedback, there wil be an update soon , the game is in early stages of development.
